THE KABBALAH

Motivate this article on the Kabbalah 2 instances: a) the dissertation that on numerology (derived of central aspects of knowledge of Great Architect of Universe), will dictate tomorrow a distinguished B:. in the G:. L:. of Peru and b) the reading of layouts related to Great Architect of Universe. When revealing an author (1) that the topic overcomes its rational abilities opting for approaches through religion, metaphysics and esoterism, he emphasizes at the same time that human spirit, don’t see the truth of God, in reason of limitations imposed by his senses and imagination. Alternating visions exist in this respect. One of them, kindred to current science for their energy connotations are Saint John’s visions (2), in the island of Patmos: "I saw somebody similar to the son of God…he had hair like white snow…eyes like flames of fire…face like the sun when it glows with force…radiant feets, similar to polished brass and his voice like a thunder of many waters". By the way, it is possible to be formed an idea of the cognoscible God, studying his words transmitted in Hebrew, other descriptions of him in the Bible and by means of rational study of the nature and cosmos under the principle of the perfection of things created by a Great Architect.

The ultraconcise symbolism of the Kabbalah (100 years b.C), would have been revealed for heaven's sake to Adam, Abraham and to Moses to improve the humanity. In it is expressed the cognoscible-non cognoscible, self manifested ’s God. The final purpose of the Kabbalah it is to promote the union of the cognoscible God with the man (3). The Zohar is a help-guide booh to interpret the Kabbalah and to reach high spiritual grades (5). The Kabbalah is compound of 10 spheres (sefiroths, emanations, prepared in 3 vertical columns), 4 worlds, 22 roads of creative information and 32 mysterious roads of wisdom. In the left column (man's feminine face), are the understanding, the severity, the justice and the splendor. In the column of the right (man's masculine face), are the wisdom, the love and victoria. The half pillar represents the balance among masculine and feminine pillars, being conformed from top to bottom by Crown (Superconciousness), Beauty, Foundation and Kingdom. The 4 worlds are the divine-pure, the creative-arcangélic, the formative-angelic and the material inhabited by the man (4).

The Kabbalah describes the Creation, the origin of the Cosmos, man's nature, divine characteristics, the nature of the Absolute and limitless by means of 10 empty emanations (sefiroths), that will form the cosmos, united by transcendent letters of Hebrew alphabet. Kether -head of God (with superintelligibles attributes, of which the other sefiroths emerges), located in the top of the central column (Sefiroths: 1-6-9-10). The Hebrew letters YHVH (Tetragrammaton), product of combining sefiroths with power for formation and organization, names to God. Kether is the primordial seed that even persisted after disappeareance of the Divine Light that created the light starting from darkness. The Kabbalah teaches a self-explication and self-building process of the Absolute and of his liberation of the roots of the evil. Chokmah, the Second sefiroth represents the wisdom and divine thought. While human thought, collects information and transforms it in new knowledge, the divine thought thinks and believe simultaneously. There was nothing and now there is everything. God thought and man was created.

When reflecting Binah, the divine attributes of Chokmah and Kether to the other sefiroths (except Malkuth), it converts her feminine nature in masculine. Of what comes off that the Great face of God (Binah+Kether+Chokmah), is inaccessible. Alone the small face (the rest of the sefiroths), is accessible. Chesed, is beauty and grace adapting the limits of each created thing. She gives life to everything. Geburah: forces and left rigor, true trial of all things. Tiphareth: beauty and limitless expressions of the small face revealing mysteries and lights of Great face. It includes all that is real. Netzach: divine victory, masculine, active and positive aspect of the Creator, manifested in an infinite flow of life. Hod, makes space for new creations. Although Yesod, forms perfect archetypes of anything, his emanations are illusory because sefiroths was always there. Malkuth, the last Sephiroth contains the manifestatios of all previous sefiroths. Being of feminine nature, reflect in detail the first 3 sefiroths. Malkuth, represents man's ascent to meet with God. Daath inserts in Kether, is divine inaccessible intelligence until it is reflected by Binah and spread in the other sefiroths. Daath is the knowledge of God infusing everything. In the Kabbalah it is described also, the first created man: Adam Kadmon a God in essence, Metraton a spiritual manifestation of God and the first material, spiritual and finite man: Adam Harishon. In the Book of the Creation (Sefer Yetzirah), it is argued that God creates the world with 32 secret roads of knowledge that involve 10 sefiroths and the 22 letters of Hebrew alphabet.

WINTER SOLSTICE

TO SEE VIDEO: First sun´s rays in winter solstice in an andean Chilean town.

For 7 days (June 21), it is perceived in Lima-Peru, a reduction schedule of the day -the bigger in the year- due to the inclination of Earth’s axis (23º 27'), on the plane of its orbit and the maximum sun’s decline that left the sun immobile some days in the south hemisphere, with regard to the terrestrial equator. Simultaneously in the north Hemisphere it is generated the longer day of the year. While in the solstice (still sun), of winter the sun reaches the zenith at noon on the Tropic of Capricorn, in the Polar Circle the Sun hardly plays the horizon, without putting on.

Such sun immobility was detected since old times by means of simple astronomical instruments (vertical stones that generated shades). Before the era of reason, such facts incomprehensible for inhabitants of old civilizations made that these phenomena were attributed to good or bad humor of their gods. Dedicated to maintain good relationships with them, they established parties and ceremonies in honor to their deities. The interpretation of solstices in freemason conception is that such phenomenon represent a deep change during which the world travel from the dark and frigid winter solstice toward areas of warmth and brightness (summer solstice), establishing ad infinitum, cyclic deaths and reborns.

The stony monuments of New Grange (Ireland) and Stonehenge (Great Britain), aligned to the exit and setting of the sun of winter solstice respectively, discovered the solstices. Andean towns of South America (Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador), celebrate until today, the beginning of their new year (Inti Raymi/Feast of the Sun), existing in the Cusco a stone called intihuatana that impedes that sun escapes, after being immobilized. In Peru, the setting of the sun in winter solstice happens among certain point of the Huaca of Chena, the intersection of the nearest horizon (Hill Chena) and the most distant point (mountain of the coast).

FATHER'S DAY

Yesterday takes place Father's Day in our beloved Lodge with scarce attendance. Hardly 10 brothers, due to diverse contracted commitments previously. Rare fact by the way because the norm is the congregation of a minimum of 20 BB:. As you know dear reader, 7 BB:. are enough to carry out works. In these cases functions and work ways are appropriated and synthesized. Because of it and without wanting it I was in charged instantly the position of Junior Deacon. I was not nervous, because I felt prepared. Apart from this, my BB:. gave me trust and previous instructions. Each Entered Apprentice, goes incorporating to little steps to each of the functions carried out at the interior of the L:., for that these are a theoric-practice learning model of humanity.

The curious thing was that in these circumstances I was designated, positioned columns and honored like Father. After receiving the corresponding batteries (applauses),I felt excited. I have never received some honors along my life. And then result that I am here suddenly with 9 savant BB:. that brotherly recognized me somehow. The awards in the profane Peru, are not very common. Here prevail the objection and recrimination for any human or official mistake, to product of many frustrations of the nation. Only recently recognition of achievements is acquiring citizenship norm. Elite sportsmen for example, are rewarded economically. After responding affirmatively to the question of if I had children, the honor decision was taken instantly. Appointments in LL:. emerge from consense to product of the emergent wisdom of those who want to be better men for their families and countries.

Along the work some concepts were sculpted around the meaning of fathers' transcendency: … happy life of childrens goes to the shade of a good father…a good father never dies…the father is a sure refuge for the son that cries and suffers….he hugs his children after a hard day and plays as a boy with them….he is the one that knows how to say not and yes, according to the circunstances… thanking to her father for the received education (and that of her 5 siblings), the American Sonora Smart -daughter of Henry J. Smart- founded the June 19 1909 the Father's day (officialized in 1966)….Maxims of the Father towards his son: make until 10 years that he fears you, up to the 20 he loves you, and until the death respect you…until the 10 years be his teacher.. up to the 20 his father and until the death his friend…. teach him to live his life, not yours…

SIDDAHARTA

To read Herman Hesse (Nobel Prize of Literature/1946) allegorical novel : Siddaharta (1922), produces in the psyche of a learned reader, a great de profundis. With simple language -but endowed with great mastery- Hesse recreates the first part of the book describing the desires of the adolescent Siddaharta to find wisdom and an inner God, with help of Vedic teachings, fasting, meditation and renunciation. It is also the history of a sincere friendship between Siddaharta and his faithful friend Govinda, of the abandonment of the paternal house to follow some ascetics pilgrims (samanas), when perceiving that the love of his family won't make him happy a lifetime. Desirous of reaching high thoughts, Siddaharta tries to arrive to the Atman (God of everything), being his road the whole world. With samanas, he doesn't feel heat, neither thirst absorbing during his pilgrimage, the essences of rocks, of herons, of jackal, of snakes, moving away from his self. Nevertheless after some years, Siddaharta doubts, he distrusts of doctrines, sensing that walking through fundamentalist asceticism he and many didn't reach the nirvana.

Until after to see and to listen the same Buddha, he understood that he looked for the redemption of the self, after penetrating in but deep of oneself. The secret is the inexplicable thing, what one cannot say. The self is not the body neither thinking, but reflections and wisdom. The first source of wisdom is oneself. From the Buddha that took him at the end of the wisdom he listened his reflections on the pain and how reducing it, the conquering of the world after understanding the causes of suffering, the necessity to arrive alone to the goal, not trying to explain the world, since this it is a logical consequence of all the things.

When Govinda abandons him after uniting to the samanas, Siddaharta understands that the lost of his faithful friend will allow him to be rediscovered himself. He understands that the earthly world is alive, one that should be read because it is beautiful and that one must be adapted to walk over there in an infantile way.

In the intermediate part of the book Siddaharta falls in love with the beautiful Kamala. He makes love with her and he becomes human. Being recriminated to be poor he is not upset, because he is not in a real state of misery. He devoted then to the sensual pleasure, to get money, power and fame. Before it humans were strange to him. Now he is fascinated by human’s goals, always full of plans and hopes. But when some day went him bad in business he became bad, understanding that his sensual life is nonsense. Being Kamala in pregnancy of his son, Siddaharta abandons her. Giving up everything he finds Govinda in a ship without recognizing him. Soon after, they talked and became friends again. On return to his house he knows their 11 year-old son, the same one that behaves as a thief and spoiled boy. After failing in his desires of rehabilitating him, he finishes abandoning him, since he understands that he should not get tied up to his son. Due to circumstances he crosses the river several times observing that the boatman ages in peace, because he learned how to listen in silence (wisdom that doesn't oppose to any will). The boatman has learned of the sway of the river that fixes his eye in what looks for without amusing, a way in which thinking finishes being free, open and without any end.
The wisdom of an erudite is simplicity, that of a saint savant is not communicable, because when speaking of something of worth, it is falsified.

SIDDAHARTA
