HARMONY AND PROPORTIONS OF THE HUMAN BODY

De occulta philosophia libri tres (mathematics, physics, philosophy), Book II. Chapter XXVII, On the proportions and harmony of the human body, wrote: A circled Vitruvian man with cosmic perfection and infinity. With outstretched arms locked inside a square, Agrippa and others envisioned to square the circle (area of a circle), on the ground that squares and circles have two identical geometric properties. Let's see: I) Figures 1 and 2, share a common symbolic issue, having identical geometric properties. In Figure 1, the human form kept arms and legs aligned with the diagonal of the square in which they appear. If this human form would rotate hands and feet around its center (navel), would draw a circle within a square. In Figure 2, the position of the body is aligned with the height of the square. If hands and feet would rotate, they will trace a circle inscribed exactly within the square.

II) Figure 3 (a composite of Figs. 1 and 2), comprises two concentric circles: ABDC content in a larger circle and EFGH, recorded in a smaller circle. The diagonals are both diameters of the circles. The height, width, and multiple intersections of the squares form about 16 isosceles and straight triangles. The square ABDC, is double than EFGH. When a square is circumscribed in a circle, its area becomes twice the square inscribed in the same circle. Of two circles, the same relationship: ABCD has twice the area of EFGH. Linking circles, diameters, heights, etc, ancient sages came up to the development of the geometry of the lune of Hippocrates and the Divine Proportion (Phi: 3.1416), whose value is equal to the square root of 2, plus ½. PROPORCIONES Y ARMONÍA DEL CUERPO HUMANO

Revisando el significado oculto del albo mandil de aprendiz masón (cuadrado, con triángulo anterior), entendemos si se quiere que representa la perfección y divinidad de un hombre contenido en un cuadrado o círculo. Afirmación que nos retrotrae a Vitruvius Pollio (30 años a.C), cuando en el Libro III de su tratado: De Architectura refrenda que :“si un hombre yace cara arriba, con manos y pies extendidos -teniendo al ombligo como centro- es posible trazar un círculo capáz de tocar los dedos de sus manos y piés. Siendo posible también circunscribir un hombre al interior de un cuadrado: manteniéndolo de pie, con sus brazos completamente extendidos”. Sobre el mismo tema, Cornelius Agrippa (1486-1535), en su obra : De occulta philosophia libri tres (matemáticas, física, filosofía), Libro II. Capitulo XXVII. Sobre las proporciones y armonía del cuerpo humano, dice : Un Vitruvian man encerrado en un círculo, con perfección e infinitud cósmica, puede con los brazos extendidos estar encerrado al interior de un cuadrado. Agrippa y otros visionaron entonces la cuadratura del círculo (área del círculo), al entender en cuadrados y círculos, 2 propiedades geométricas idénticas. Veamos: I) Las figuras 1 y 2, comparten un tema simbólico común, disponiendo de idénticas propiedades geométricas. En la Fig. 1, la forma humana mantiene brazos y piernas alineadas con la diagonal del cuadrado en que aparecen. Si esta forma humana rotara alrededor de su centro (ombligo), manos y pies trazarían un círculo que circunscubriría un cuadrado. En la Fig. 2, la posición del cuerpo está alineada con la altura del cuadrado. Si manos y pies rotasen, trazarían un círculo inscrito exactamente dentro del cuadrado.

II) La Fig. 3, un compuesto de las Figs. 1 y 2 comprende 2 círculos concéntricos : uno ABDC circunscrito en un círculo más grande y el otro : EFGH, inscrito en un circulo más pequeño. Las diagonales del cuadrado son a la vez diámetros de los círculos. La altura, el ancho y las múltiples intersecciones diagonales de los cuadrados conforman con los lados de los cuadrados, unos 16 triángulos isósceles y rectos. El cuadrado ABDC, tiene radio doble respecto del EFGH. Cuando un cuadrado es circunscrito en un círculo, su área pasa a ser el doble del cuadrado inscrito en el mismo circulo. Respecto a dos círculos, se establece entre ellos la misma relación: ABCD tiene el doble de área que EFGH. Relacionando círculos, diámetros, alturas, etc se arriba al desarrollo de la geometría del lune de Hipócrates y la Divina Proporción (Phi:3,1416), cuyo valor es igual a la raíz cuadrada de 2 más ½. En la Figura Phi está representado por la línea azul AOK. El segmento lineal OA es igual a la raíz cuadrada de 2 y el segmento lineal OJ es igual a ½. Un arco de longitud OJ intersecta la línea AOD en el punto K para producir Phi, entendiéndose que el hombre es capaz de desarrollar conocimientos mediante razonamientos deductivos, que tiene proporciones divinas y es la medida de todas las cosas.

POSITIVE ENERGY

Today we were informed in the L:. the medical situation of our Junior Warden (J:. W:.), a retired military of the FAP (Air force of Peru), who 7 days ago suffered an acute left facio-brachial paralysis attack (stroke), associated to thrombosis and brain ischemia of etiology to determine, being interned immediately in the FAP Hospital. According to the medical report provided by the daughter –also a physician- after receiving the first visits of friends and family, our J:. W:. recovered temporarily the lost facio-brachial function. Nevertheless few minutes later, in the measure that fraternal visits went increasing he lost again the facio-brachial left function, until today. At the same time, the one that writes these lines suffered a left facial paralysis attributable to a viral infection -in absence of other complications- of which I am recovering by means of physiotherapy, neural medications and much positive energy. In my case, when some doctors of my hospital perceived my facial paralysis at the same time that they wished me prompt improvement some slipped comments of doubt value (perhaps you have AIDS, perhaps you have a tumor, you are very fat, perhaps you have bad nights !What happened!). In some moment while I was eating with medical friends in a restaurant near to the hospital, somebody slips to my backs, that my food was drained among my lips.

Dear reader, a sick person desire to receive counsel and treatment on behalf of the physician in whom you trust. Of his friends a sick person only want to be accepted, to be integrated in the normal circles at the usual way. Is not such integration to normal circles the desirable thing in affections like Down Syndrome, physical disabilities (Stephen Hawking), severe hemophilics and people affected of neurological diseases?. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the words but delicate to comfort the sick friend. Not put him in disadvantage. Be inclusive. Sick patients should not be questioned about his disease, neither he have to respond to each question about his medical state, for better than questions and intentions are. To sick friends BB:. we must infuse love and optimism, good desires, telling him personally as much as we love him. It is not necessary to judge it. If he wants to tell you something, listen to him attentive and infinitely. Tell him that he is a necessary person in the L:.. Remind him his moral leadership and all positive things carried out by him with their family, their children, their society, with and for the Masonry. Remind him the immensity of the justice of the G:.A:.O:.T:.U:. or his particular god. Give him a bath of optimism.

In the case of our J:.W:. a BB:. cardiologist of our L:. reading the medical report, commented: "as our J:.W:. is an emotive person, after conversing with many of his visits, he got a relapse". As all knows, the area of emotions belongs to the psychic world, the mental world. Without mentioning it directly our cardiologist BB:. alluded the well-known mind-body relationship. Dear reader, if we in last instance could look the composition of the brain and obstructed brain blood vessels of our J:.W:. we would alone find empty, molecules, ions, vibrant electrons and in his mind also many vibrating electrons. As a result, being both the mind and body, vibratory energy is possible to relate and to condition them. In other words, if your BB:. or friend . are sick, give him sincere love (positive energy), that sure will improve and heal him. The worst thing that one can make is to give him negative energy, to depress him, saying him that he can have cancer or AIDS. Let that his physician said that to him, not your because you are his friend. Under this logic also find sense certain ancient practices like praying to the medication so that it carry out positive energy influencing patient's improvement.

ENERGIA POSITIVA

Hoy se informó en la L:. la situación médica de nuestro Segundo Vigilante (S:.V:.), un militar jubilado de la FAP (Fuerza Aérea del Perú), quien hace 7 días sufriera un cuadro agudo de parálisis facio-braquial izquierda, asociada a trombosis e isquemia cerebral de etiología a determinar, siendo internado de inmediato en el Hospital de la FAP. Según el informe médico proporcionado por la hija -también médico- luego de recibir las primeras visitas de amigos y familiares, nuestro S:.V:. recuperó la función facio-braquial perdida. No obstante pocos minutos después, en la medida que las visitas fraternales fueron incrementándose volvió a perder la funcionalidad facio-braquial izquierda, hasta hoy. Paralelamente el que escribe estas líneas sufrió una parálisis facial izquierda atribuible a una infección viral -en ausencia de otras complicaciones- de la que me estoy recuperando mediante sesiones de fisioterapia, ingesta de medicamentos pro-neurales y mucha vibra positiva. En mi caso, algunos médicos del hospital al percibir mi parálisis facial al mismo tiempo que me deseaban pronta mejoría deslizaban comentarios poco reconfortantes (a lo mejor tienes sida, tal vez tienes un tumor, estas muy gordo, seguro pasas malas noches ¡Que pasó!). En algún momento mientras almorzaba con amigos médicos en un comedor cercano al hospital, alguien deslizó a mis espaldas la especie de que parte de la comida se me escurría entre los labios.

Caro lector, cuando estas enfermo anhelas recibir consejería y tratamiento de parte del médico de tu confianza. De tus amigos solo deseas que te acepten, que te continúen integrando al modo usual en el circulo de los normales. ¿No es esta integración al circulo de los normales lo deseable en afectos con Síndrome de Down, discapacitados físicos (Stephen Hawking), hemofílicos severos o a afectos de problemas neurológicos como los referidos?. Por tanto, hay que escoger las palabras mas delicadas para reconfortar al amigo enfermo. No lo minusvalícemos. Hay que ser inclusivos. No se debe cuestionar la situación del afectado ni este tener que responder a cada pregunta sobre su estado médico, por mejores que sean las intenciones. Al amigo o HH:. enfermo hay que infundirle amor y optimismo, buenos deseos. Hay que decirle personalmente cuanto lo amamos. No hay que juzgarlo. Si te quiere decir algo, escúchalo atenta e infinitamente. Dile que hace una falta sin fondo en la L:.. Recuérdale su liderazgo moral y todas las cosas positivas realizadas por el con su familia, sus hijos, su sociedad, con y por la masoneria. Recuérdale la inmensidad del G:.A:.D:.U:. o su dios particular. Inúndalo de optimismo.

En el caso de nuestro S:.V:. un HH cardiólogo de nuestra L:. leyendo el parte médico comento en algún momento: “como nuestro P:.V:. es emotivo, tras conversar con muchas de sus visitas, le dio una recaída,”. Como se sabe, el área de las emociones pertenece al mundo psíquico, al mundo mental. Sin mencionarlo directamente nuestro HH cardiólogo, aludió a la conocida relación mente-cuerpo. Caro lector, si en última instancia buscáramos la composición del cerebro y los vasos cerebrales sanguíneos obstruidos de nuestro S:.V:. solo encontraríamos vacio, moléculas, iones, electrones vibrantes y en su mente también muchísimos electrones en vibración. Siguiéndose que siendo la mente y el cuerpo energía vibratoria es posible relacionarlas y condicionarlas. En otras palabras, si a tu familiar, amigo o HH:. enfermo, le das amor sincero (energía positiva), este mejorará y sanará porque le estas trasmitiendo energía vibratoria positiva. Lo peor que se puede hacer es darle energía negativa, deprimirlo, diciéndole que puede tener cáncer o sida. Eso, que se lo diga su medico tratante pero no tu, que eres su amigo. Bajo esta lógica también encuentran sentido ciertas practicas ancestrales, como rezar al medicamento para que este portando energía positiva influencie en la mejora del paciente.

HERMES TRISMEGISTUS AND HIS INFLUENCE IN FREEMASONRY

Curaba, elevando la frecuencia vibratoria del aura o campo electromagnético personal -causa real de las enfermedades-. El caduceo consta de 2 serpientes entrecruzadas posadas sobre 7 chakras. Representa 2 polaridades de carga eléctrica. Suponía Hermes, que por su centro transcurrían partículas ondulatorias, hiperdensas en ciertas áreas vertebrales, que facilitaban la iluminación (Kundalini). Aunque resuena en todas las frecuencias y longitudes de onda, aplicando corriente eléctrica al caduceo, no se forma ningún campo de fuerza. Algunas enseñanzas médicas de Hermes, se encuentran en el Papiro Edwin Smith, donde aparte de aplicar el poder energético de la palabra, tacto y vista, se percibe mayor énfasis en la razón, que en la magia.

III) SEGÚN CLEMENTE DE ALEJANDRIA, Hermes escribió 42 libros sagrados (36 de hermetismo y filosofía egipcia, 4 de astrología, 10 de la ley, 10 de ritos sagrados y observancias, 2 de música, escritura, cosmografía geografía, medidas matemáticas, entrenamiento de sacerdotes, 6 de medicina, enfermedades corporales instrumentos, afecciones de ojos y mujeres, con jeroglíficos egipcios en papiros guardados en los templos egipcios de Isis, desconociéndose la fonética original y las fuentes para obtener tal sabiduría, advirtiendo Hermes el sentido oculto de sus libros y que cuando los griegos los tradujeran se oscurecerían. De estos libros en los que se habla de ciencia, mística, magia, cosmogonía y mitología solo conocemos algunos: 1) EL KYBALION, caracterizado por 7 Principios herméticos posedores de una clave mágica para abrir las puertas del Templo de par en par: a) Mentalismo. El Todo es Mente; el universo es mental. El que comprenda está muy avanzado en el sendero del adepto. Transmutación mental: todos los metales y elementos, pueden ser transmutados, de estado en estado, de grado en grado, de polo a polo, de vibración en vibración. Todo es mente,el universo es mental. b) Correspondencia. Como es arriba es abajo, como es abajo es arriba. Estudiando la mónada se llega a comprender al arcángel. d) Vibración. Todo vibra. Todo está en movimiento, nada es inmóvil. d) Polaridad. Todo es doble, todo tiene 2 polos; su par de opuestos, semejantes y antagónicos; idénticos en naturaleza, diferentes en grado; los extremos se tocan; todas las verdades son semiverdades, todas las paradojas pueden reconciliarse e) Ritmo. Todo fluye y refluye; todo tiene sus períodos de avance y retroceso, todo asciende y desciende; todo se mueve como un péndulo f) Causa y Efecto. Toda causa tiene su efecto; todo efecto tiene su causa; todo sucede de acuerdo a la ley; la suerte no es más que el nombre que se dá a una ley no conocida; hay muchos planos de casualidad, pero nada escapa a la Ley. g) la Generación existe por doquier; todo tiene su principio masculino y femenino; se manifiesta en todos los planos, siempre en acción los principios masculino y femenino, no solo en el plano físico, mental y espiritual. En el mundo físico es el sexo, en los planos superiores es algo más elevado. Ninguna creación física, mental o espiritual, es posible sin este principio.

2) LA TABLA ESMERALDA, gran texto alquímico escrito en jeroglíficos. Se dice que Alejandro Magno la encontró en la tumba de Hermes y copió los signos de la tablilla original que cubría el cuerpo de Hermes. Otra versión (cabalistas), aduce que Sara esposa de Abraham copió el texto de la tabla : “Lo que está abajo es como lo que está arriba, y lo que está arriba es como lo que está abajo, para realizar el milagro de la Cosa Única. Todas las cosas nacieron de esta Única Cosa. Por adaptación separarás la Tierra del Fuego, lo sutil de lo grosero, suavemente… Asciende de la Tierra al Cielo y de nuevo desciende a la Tierra y recibe la fuerza de las cosas superiores y de las inferiores...Así fue creado el mundo. Habrán admirables adaptaciones. El texto alude al arte del perfeccionamiento y la Gran Obra implica su cumplimiento. Todo alquimista necesita una transmutación personal para entender el texto. La expresión críptica de Tabla no es intencional, se requiere personas adecuadas. Aquél que la entienda tendrá acceso directo al Todo. La Tabla de Esmeralda tiene una marcada tendencia holística distante, del saber contemporáneo, más unidireccional y nihilista que en integración, de los opuestos de la existencia. Su objetivo es revelar el secreto de la sustancia primordial y sus transmutaciones. Tiene predecesores arábigos (Kitab Sirr al-Khaliqa wa Sanat al-Tabia (c. 650 d.C.).

3) CORPUS HERMETICUM, comprende :The Divine Pynander, compuesto por 17 fragmentos, escritos en griego, excepto El Asclepio que esta en latín (siglos XIV-XVI), con conceptos herméticos del universo y divina sabiduría, revelados a Hermes, el Poimmandres o The Vision que relata la visión mística de Hermes, la cosmogonía, las ciencias secretas egipcias, la cultura y el desarrollo espíritual. Son traducciones griegas de antiquísimos textos egipcios. Tratado I. Nous: inteligencia. Logos:doctrina:verbo. Poimandres escrita al estilo de los diálogos griegos. Mente del poder supremo. Revela a Hermes la gnosis: origen del cosmos, naturaleza del hombre. Antropogénesis, androginismo original, el bien y el mal en el hombre. Tratado II (perdido) De Hermes a Tat: discurso universal (título perdido) Dios y el movimiento y el espacio. Bien y padre. Tratado III: cosmogénesis. Tratado IV De hermes a Tat: Unidad, atributos de dios. 2 tipos de hombres : perfectos y racionales). Tratado V, Dios es invisible y visible en el cosmos: en el macrocosmos y en el microcosmos. Tratado VI. El bien sólo es en dios. bondad y maldad en el cosmos y en el hombre. Lo bello y lo bueno. Tratado VII. Ignorancia de dios : mayor mal entre los hombres. Tratado VIII. Equívocamente se denomina destrucción y muerte a lo que no es sino cambio. Tratado IX. En torno al pensar y el sentir. Gnoseología: sensación y conocimiento, moral: hombre material y hombre esencial. Tratado X. De Hermes Trismegisto: la llave dios: padre y bien; el conocimiento de dios. Tratado XI- Dios úno y único (demostración). La vía mística. Tratado XII. De Hermes a tat: el pensamiento común el nous humano. Tratado XIII. De Hermes a tat: Doctrina de la regeneración (palingenesia). Juramento de silencio. Tratado XIV, De Hermes a Asclepio necesidad de una primera causa. El problema del mal. dios es el bien (creador). Tratado XV. Todos los manuscritos saltan del XIV al XVI, e ignoran la existencia de un posible XVI. Tratado XVI, De Asclepio al rey Ammón: Dios uno y todo. Demonios subordinados a los astros. Hombres bajo el influjo de los demonios. Jerarquía de lo real. Tratado XVII (título perdido). Lo incorpóreo. Tratado XVIII. Cómo el alma es obstaculizada por las afecciones del cuerpo. La pequeña Apocalipsis.

4) POEMAS 5) LIBRO DE LOS MUERTOS, textos religiosos en paredes de pirámides, con sortilegios y fórmulas mágicas en procura del bienestar del faraón muerto rituales favorecedores de la nueva existencia en el mas allá. Muchos libros restantes se perdieron durante el incendio de la biblioteca de Alejandrٕía. De estos libros se han tomado rituales, esoterismo simbólico y muchos principios. El simbolismo geométrico del Pitagorismo establece que entre el Nous y el hombre no existen intermediarios, la única mediación es la inteligencia y la sabiduría que todo hombre porta en si. Por ello la masonería no adhiere a ninguna religión. Durante la época de la masonería operativa se provenía y contemplaba la iniciación hermética. Durante la masonería simbólica los rituales fueron estructurados en base a hermetismo. Existe un orden inteligente en el cosmos. Nuestra estadía en la orden masónica pregona un orden inteligente el que se advierte con nuestra participación activa. El orden (la ley), se manifiesta en el orden infrahumano, humano y superhumano. En tanto el fluir de la vida no se detiene, los humanos tenemos problemas por falta de información. Para evitar cometer errores hay que entender las leyes y la mente del poder supremo. Según Marsilio Ficino, las doctrinas de Hermes han tenido influencia grande en las religiones actuales. “Dondequiera que estén las huellas del Maestro, allí, los oídos del que está pronto a recibir sus enseñanzas se abren de par en par”.

CONCEPTOS ADICIONALES EN LOS LIBROS DE HERMES. LA PARADOJA DIVINA. El sabio a medias, irrealidad relativa del Universo, desafiar sus leyes es tonto y vano, El verdadero sabio emplea la Ley: las leyes: superiores contra inferiores. Por medio de alquimia transmuta lo no deseable, en valioso y triunfa. La transmutación no negación, es arma del Maestro. AXIOMAS HERMETICOS. Posesión del conocimiento, sin práctica es lo mismo que enterrar metales preciosos: vana e inútil. Para cambiar vuestro estado mental, cambiad vuestra vibración, mediante la voluntad, sobre el estado deseado. Para destruir un grado de vibración no deseable, concéntre la atención en el polo opuesto al que se desea suprimir. Lo no deseable se mata cambiando su polaridad". Dominar la polaridad significa dominar los principios de la transmutación o alquimia mental; no se podrá afectar el ambiente que nos rodea. Los herméticos avanzan, buscan un plano de acción mental superior, dominando sus propias cualidades, se sobreponen a su ambiente ordinario. Emplean el principio de causa y efecto en vez de dejarse dominar por él. En los planos inferiores inferiores son señores y no esclavos. El sabio sirve en lo superior pero rige en lo inferior. Obedece las leyes por encima de el, abajo rige y ordena. Sabio e ignorante estan sujetos a ley.
